Later may seem a long time away, especially where your retirement is concerned. Still, it is important to start thinking about it now, as you can determine how we are to invest your pension. It only takes 5 minutes. This letter explains what you must do.

Last year, pension legislation changed. The government wants to give you a better chance of a higher pension. On your retirement date, you can choose between a fixed or a variable pension. You can already take that into account now. How? By letting us know your investment choice. It would be smart to do that right now. After all, your choice now will impact the pension you will receive later.

- Log in to My Aegon PPI using your DigiD
- Answer a few questions and find out what your investment profile is
Register your investment choice with just a few clicks.
Make sure to do this today! Then your pension will develop in a manner that suits you.

Because of the new legislation, we are changing our offensive Life Cycle. Would you like to continue to invest in the offensive Life Cycle? Let us know before 20 October 2017 by means of the profile guide. It is important to us that you check for yourself whether investing by means of the offensive Life Cycle still suits you. If we do not hear from you, we will invest your pension in accordance with the neutral Life Cycle as of 1 November 2017.
